Pieter van den Hoogenband defends his 100m Freestyle Olympic title in Athens '04. Roland Schoeman of South Africa is second and Ian Thorpe 3rd, becoming the first man in Olympic history to medal in 3 freestyle events (400m, 200m and the 100m).
